Both Ilan and Ariel met and started their careers around 2003 at the same company.
That lead to a long friendship and business relationship.
They both started their careers doing rentals, residential sales, and eventually graduated to commercial real estate fact that they are “numbers guys” they found early that commercial real estate is more stimulating and challenging for their talent and that is where both of them thrive. The strategic implementation of transactions negotiation together in creative ways gives them the advantage to close more deals that sometimes are complicated to structure.
Their experience granted both the knowledge and understanding of the full spectrum of real estate, assuring our clients that the acquisition or disposal of their properties is handled by a competent team who fully understands the numbers and value of the property. No matter what type of real estate asset it is. After each departed from the company, they always kept in touch and worked together on numerous real estate deals in the past twenty years. They are the sole brokers of the company and both are fully hands-on. They are involved with every transaction and deal that passes through so they can learn it to the bone.
